Comments |
Animals were immunized with the ASPC-1 human pancreatic carcinoma cell line. Spleen cells were fused with NS-1 myeloma cells. The antibody reacts with some colon and pancreatic carcinoma cell lines as well as some T cell leukemia lines. In tissues, the reactivity is restricted to carcinomas and normal colonic mucosa. Some reactivity was also detected in salivary gland and breast tissue. Other normal tissues test were negative. The AS 33 antigen is heat stable. |
