Insert lengths(kb): 2.0 Tissue: infant brain, 3 months old (from Bento Soares) Gene product: scavenger receptor class B type I( CD36 antigen (collagen type I receptor, thrombospondin receptor)-like 1, scavenger receptor class B type 1) [CLA-1] |
Comments |
Restriction digests of the clone give the following sizes (kb): HindIII/NotI--3.0, 2.0; EcoRI--3.5, 1.5. Verified to contain EST07165 by single-pass sequencing. Based on the alignment with GenBank Z22555 (2566 nt, CDS 70-1599), this clone appears to contain part of the coding sequence and the 3' untranslated region. The cDNAs (>95%) are cloned directionally with the 5' end adjacent to the M13 reverse primer and HindIII. |
